How to install an eSIM on iPhone & Android

Method
Install via QR code on iPhone
- 01Connect to Wi-Fi.
- 02Open the Camera and scan the QR code from your email.
- 03Tap the “Cellular Plan” banner, then Continue.
- 04Tap “Add Cellular Plan” and label it “MobiSIM”.
- 05Choose your home line for calls, iMessage and FaceTime.
- 06Choose MobiSIM for Cellular Data.
- 07Keep “Allow Cellular Data Switching” off.
- 08On arrival, turn on the MobiSIM line and Data Roaming.
Done.On arrival, turn on the MobiSIM line and Data Roaming. That’s it.
Troubleshooting
No signal
- Turn on Data Roaming
- Toggle Airplane mode
- Select a network manually
Can’t download eSIM
- Use stronger Wi-Fi
- Try manual entry
- Update your OS
Not activating
- Wait 10–15 minutes
- Check the line is on
- Restart your phone
Code already used
- Don’t delete installed eSIMs
- Contact support for a new QR
- Remove unused profiles
